Every morning and evening begin and end the day with a few moments to
reflect on what you are grateful for. Many things in life we take for
granted. Things like clean air, your health, your children, your
spouse, the rain storm, your job, friends and co-workers, the flowers in
your yard… No matter what is happening in your life there is something
to be grateful for. The more you focus on what you are grateful for,
the more things and experiences you will attract that are desirable.
